The First full-function 2D to 3D Converter is now released to convert common 2D videos into 3D videos.
DVDFab 8.0.9.0 rolled out a new product 2D to 3D Converter on May 9, 2011, which is combined in DVD Ripper, Blu-ray Ripper, and Video Converter as the form of an "2D to 3D" option. This means that DVDFab now is the first and full-function software in the world that can convert a normal 2D DVD/Blu-ray/video to fantastic 3D videos identical to the real 3D with a variety of popular video formats for playback on computer, some compatible 3D TV, or other compatible 3D display device.
Custom 3D Videos:
The 3D video output by 2D to 3D Converter can be freely customized just like in DVDFab Blu-ray 3D Ripper. One can set the 3D format as Left/Right, or Top/Bottom; the video frame size 100% or 50%; and can choose to output 2 separate files (one for left eye, one for right eye). Again, like a normal 2D video in DVDFab, the output 3D video can also be resized or cropped for a desired play region and effect.
"2D to 3D" Supported Formats:
With "2D to 3D" option enabled, DVDFab DVD Ripper can rip and convert a 2D DVD movie right from disc or from the backup folder or image file on a PC's hard drive to 3D video(s) available in the following formats: AVI, MP4, MKV, and FLV; for DVDFab Blu-ray Ripper, the output 3D video(s) can be: AVI, MP4, MKV, M2TS, and TS; while DVDFab Video Converter is able to convert a normal video saved on the computer to 3D video(s) like AVI, MP4, MKV, and FLV.
